Our bronze castings are sourced from reputable foundries working to strict quality control standards. Our bronze fastenings and other products have proven themselves in applications around the world
We care deeply about the strength and finish quality on all goods and offer a money-back guarantee for all unused goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition. Unfortunately we cannot extend this to bronze castings made to a specific design or dimension supplied by the customer, unless we have failed to meet that design specification.
Generally, any returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
Any refund will not include the cost of shipping the goods to you, or returning them to us.
Where any item has been specially imported, ordered in or chrome plated, Classic Boat Supplies reserves the right to charge a 20% fee if that item is returned. Items cut to length cannot be returned.
NOTE - Marine Electronics (including radios, chart plotters etc) are not returnable unless a manufacturing defect exists (as deemed by our technicians). Please choose carefully!
