High-quality 10-gauge silicon bronze wood screws in a variety of lengths. These silicon bronze screws have a square-drive head and are ideal for use as boat building screws.
The square-drive head makes fastening with your electric screw-driver or cordless drill very quick and simple. The driver bit will remain locked in and will not slip, unlike other head types.
Even buried in the wooden structure of a boat, silicon bronze screws will not corrode - unlike stainless steel screws which will corrode when shielded from oxygen and unable to build a protective oxide layer.
We also recommend silicon bronze screws (or silicon bronze machine screws for high-load situations) for fastening our bronze deck hardware.

Square Drive Screws
I reckon square drive is the best and so being able to buy boat bronze in square drive makes me one happy boat owner. Could do with adding some dome heads with the square drive to the menu and all bases would be covered. Can't fault Mike's customer service. Happy shopper.
