Description
WEST SYSTEM® 105 Epoxy Resin in 500ml, 1 litre, 4 litre, 20 litre or 200 litre packs. (If you are purchasing a 200 litre container please contact us for a shipping quote and be advised that a forklift will be required for unloading.)
105 Resin is a clear, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with one of the following WEST SYSTEM® Hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance
- WEST SYSTEM® Fast Hardener 205 - for use at lower temperatures
- WEST SYSTEM® Slow Hardener 206 - provides extended working time or for increased working time at higher temperatures
- WEST SYSTEM® Special Coating Hardener 207 - cure rate similar to 206, but provides a clear finish for natural wood appearance (will not turn cloudy)
- WEST SYSTEM® Extra Slow Hardener 209 - for use in exceptionally warm or humid conditions
The following powders can be added to mixed resin at desired ratios to create thickened epoxy for adhesive/glue or gap-filling epoxy:
Note that no dispensing pump is available for the 500ml product to measure resin-to-hardner ratios, unlike the larger containers.
NOTE: This product cannot be delivered outside Australia.

Best for wood rot repair
WEST Epoxy is Used instead of a polyester filler such Builder's Bog for repair of rotten window sills because it bonds so well with the timber. It also soaks into the rotten material making it strong enough hold nails or screws.
Apparently the fumes are unhealthy so I stay up wind -

Great product, I tried to use another brand of epoxy with poor results. Switched to West system and instant success. The 105 used with the 206 slow hardner works a treat, allowing plenty of working time. Prompt service was excellent. I will shop here again.

West System Epoxy Resin. Ordered 24 litres and some sundries it was delivered within 24 hours, prompt service.
I was advised by a professional boat builder it was easier to weigh the quantities.
Using the pumps you can lose count of how many times you have pressed the pumps on large volumes. Easier to weigh.
